LinkLiving operates out of four main hubs across Edinburgh, Falkirk, and Fife. Below you will find instructions on how to access each of our hubs and what to expect on arrival.

Our head office is shared with the Link Group and is located at 2C New Mart Road, Edinburgh EH14 1RL.
Our main pedestrian entrance is accessible from New Mart Road between Hendersons Solicitors & Estate Agents and McDougall McQueen Solicitors & Estate Agents.
Please speak to the receptionist about where to secure a bike.
There is plenty of free on street parking surrounding this office.
The head office has several frequent bus services which connect it with the city centre, Waverley train station, the bus station and other parts of the city. Slateford station is also a five minute walk away.

The entrance is well signposted and once inside, there will be a receptionist there to greet you. You will be asked to sign in and the person you are meeting will come to the reception to meet you.
Our St Margaret’s House hub is in a shared building with 200 studios filled with budding artists, crafters, and community organisations. It is located at 151 London Rd, Edinburgh EH7 6AE. Our space is located on the 3rd floor.
Our main pedestrian entrance is accessible from London Road, via a footbridge with two sets of steps. You will find us beside the Registers of Scotland building.
The entrance to the parking area is via Restalrig Road South. Take a left before the bridge into the car park of the Registers of Scotland building, then follow the railway line to the back of the brown brick building behind theirs. Access to our building is available via a big blue door at our basement entrance.
Car parking spaces belong to our neighbours, the Registers of Scotland. No parking available between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday – Friday. You must find a parking space elsewhere (e.g. on street parking).
Loading and unloading is on drop off and pick up basis only. Disabled parking is available but limited to four spaces and for Blue Badge holders only. If you have access needs, please speak to a member of LinkLiving staff in advance and they will advise you of the best way to access this hub.

Once you arrive outside - press button for main office and someone from St Margaret’s House reception will let you in. Alternatively, if you have a mobile you can contact your support worker or arrange to meet them in advance. Use the stairs or lift to reach the 3rd floor. The LinkLiving hub is located on the right if you are coming out of the lift or left if you come up the stairs.
The Link Academy hub is based in McKinven House, George Street, Falkirk, FK2 7EY. This hub is also shared with the Link Group.
Our main pedestrian entrance is down a driveway off George Street. There is also pedestrian access through a gate off Meeks Road.

There is free parking available at the front of the building. This is accessed by a long driveway off George Street. There is limited on street parking.
The Link Academy is located a 5-10 minute walk from the Falkirk bus station. It is a 2 minute walk from the Falkirk Grahamston Station using the pedestrian access through the gate off Meeks Road.

The reception is open Monday-Thursday 9.00 until 17.00 and Friday 9.00 to 16.00. When you arrive, press the buzzer and someone will let you in. You will be asked to sign in and in most instances the person you are meeting will come to the reception to meet you.
Our Fife hub is located in West Bridge Mill, Bridge Street, Kirkcaldy KY1 1TE.
The hub is very near to Morrisons Supermarket on the Esplanade, and down the hill from Starks Park football ground.
Our main pedestrian entrance is accessible from Bridge Street through the doors within the arch.

Car parking is available at the venue. There is also an overflow car park that can be accessed via Link Street down Fergus Wynd.
If you’re coming by bus:
Both are a short walk away.
